Looking for a list of postcodes for FREE? We have compiled a download in Excel format for you to use. The file consists of every Postcode Area and Postcode District in the UK.
If your looking for the UK's fully structured list of postcodes, all 1.756 million of them, then you can purchase the latest release for only £49 exc VAT. This file will provide you with the entire postcode down to and including postman walk (the last two alpha characters missing from the free list above). List of postcodes file explained
Tab 1) A free list of all 124 UK Postcode Areas (e.g. SL for Slough, UB for Uxbridge, B for Birmingham, CV for Coventry, M for Manchester etc).
Tab 2) A sheet listing all 2,827 Postcode Districts (e.g. UB 7 a district within UB, B 1 a district within B, CV 1 a district within CV etc).
