X & Y Co Ordinates for Every UK Postcode

This Royal Mail Database contains over 1.756 million UK Postcodes which have been appended with Ordnance Survey X&Y Grid Reference Co-Ordinates. The file is available to customers on an annual licence agreement which includes quarterly updates.

PostZon License Options

(1) Single User Licence (full UK file): means an individual work station or terminal or hand-held or otherwise portable device within an End-User’s organisation AND one End User using or having access to the data. From £50

(2) System Licence: Where the End-User is a single individual organisation or legal entity trading or operating under one name, and the Data is resident upon a single server or other storage device (“System”) to which 2 or more Users are directly or indirectly connected. From £600

(3) Corporate Licence: Where the End-User is an individual organisation or legal entity trading or operating under one name, and the Data is resident upon multiple servers or other storage devices (“System”) to which 2 or more Users are directly or indirectly connected. From £1,800

Grid References

A great deal of work has been done to the raw Royal Mail file which is purely for your convenience. List-Logic has for example converted all of the grid references into a pure 6/7 numeric grid reference which is based on the British National Grid System.

Supply Formats

The data will be supplied as a Comma Seperated Variable (CSV) format which is compatible with almost every application including Excela, SQL and Access to name but a few examples.

Delivery

The file will be delivered upon payment where the customer is given the option for an automated download delivery which involves the system sending a download link to the file upon completion of online checkout / payment. The automated download is only available to credit card paying customers. Other payment methods include bank transfer and cheque however these non credit card methods do not support automated downloads; files will instead be sent via Recorded Delivery.
